Menanteau Serfontein
Menanteau Serfontein has a distinguished career spanning 37 years in the motor, mining, metal, sugar and food industries, where he served as an HR Generalist at Top Executive level. Beyond the corporate world, he has held significant leadership roles, including President of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairperson of the Ubuntu Community Chest.
An avid sportsman, Menanteau excelled in provincial rugby and athletics, captaining the South-Eastern Transvaal team and completing the Comrades Marathon three times. Since 2013, he has worked as an independent HR Consultant, Coach and Mentor. Married to Chanel since 1975, he is a dedicated family man passionate about encouraging others to live an extraordinary life.
